Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item in its original designer packaging, ensuring all authenticity cards, dust bags, and LuxeDH security tags remain intact.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our experts verify the item's condition and authenticity, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
